I’ve been a client of Garment Valet for several years now and have been very happy with the quality of work, value, efficiency and approach to necessary repairs. They pick-up and drop-off at our building…turnaround times tend to run between 24-72 hours. Whenever they spot a necessary repair they notify me by email with a price quote and request for permission to proceed. Their communications during the Covid-19 pandemic have been exemplary.

I love having this service in my neighborhood. Garment Valet does a better job on the laundry than I do in a prompt and professional manner. So easy to drop off and pick up the laundry or use their delivery service.

Love this place! I have been using their wash/dry/fold service since moving to Boston 3 years ago, but it has been a real life saver during COVID-19 as I have been more wary of shared laundry facilities. All of the washing is completed in a timely and thorough manner and the service is affordable. Everyone I have interacted with here has been very polite and gracious.

I am so thankful for Garment Valet. I don’t have a washer and dryer in my building so would have to haul all of my laundry by foot to a laundromat . No thank you! These guys do my laundry with care, not just on high heat like a lot of companies. Most importantly, if there is a problem, they fix it without any hesitation.

Garment Valet has an agreement with my apartment complex where they come in on MWF to pick up/drop off items in a designated storage area for our building so this makes sending out laundry incredibly convenient.
I use their services to wash my comforter as it doesn’t fit in my washer and it comes back looking clean and smelling fresh.
Their website is really easy to use too. They have a scheduling system, a status update on your laundry, and invoices. Another plus is that they provide you with a reusable bag to send your laundry to them. (I just wish they would send the clean laundry back in that same reusable bag instead of a large plastic bag, it’s just too much plastic :/)

I found out about Garment Valet from a booth they had set up at Northeastern University. The ladies there were very helpful and told me all about the service and how it works. I even got a free $25 promotion from them! So when it came time to dry clean my suit, I decided to employ their services. The pickup and drop-off were really simple and quick! I just dropped off my suit, then picked it up when it was ready. I didn’t have any problems using their service.

I LOVE GV! I’ve used them every few weeks for nearly 1.5 years. Only on 1 occasion was there a problem and when I called, they quickly remedied it and offered to re-clean all my items…now that’s building loyalty. Suits, shirts, fine linens, scarfs, my wife’s blouses and dresses–they handle it all. They pick up and drop off at my building at the Concierge desk, making things even easier.
