Is there an order minimum?
There is a 10 pound, or $32.25 order minimum for all wash/dry/fold orders. There is no minimum for Special Care orders if you are in a high-rise concierge building. Customers in brownstones or walk-up buildings are subject to a $25 Special Care order minimum.
Do you provide tailoring services?
Do you provide next day service to every building/service area?
We provide next day service to most high rise buildings in the Boston/Cambridge area. Other buildings including brownstones and walk ups might be subject to a limited service schedule with 2 day turnaround. You can verify a building’s service schedule by entering the address into our website or by contacting customer service.
